Maybe you’re a parent trying to keep it all together, or someone who looks fine on the outside but feels drained on the inside. You’ve read the advice, tried to push through, and it’s just not cutting it anymore.
I’m not here to hand you a list of coping strategies or tell you to “just be mindful.” Therapy with me is about slowing down, making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and starting to feel more like you again.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 15 years working one-on-one with students through stress, perfectionism, and burnout. As a mother, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. My style is warm, honest, and grounded in real life.
